How We Review Supplements
Every PillVerdict review follows the same three-step process. We do it the same way each time so our reviews are consistent, comparable and fair — and so you always know exactly how we reached a number.
Ingredient analysis
We read the actual product label and list every active ingredient. For each one, we explain what it is, what it's commonly used for, and how strong the human evidence really is — separating genuine support from marketing buzzwords. We also note when doses aren't disclosed, because an undisclosed dose is a real limitation.
Safety & side effects
We look at realistic side effects, interactions and who should be cautious — for example, people who are pregnant, take medication, or are sensitive to stimulants. We'd rather over-warn than under-warn.
Value score
Finally we weigh price, the money-back guarantee, transparency and overall usefulness into a single verdict. A product can have decent ingredients and still lose points for hype, poor transparency or weak value.
